Refund policy

Refunds are only available under specific conditions, as outlined below:

E.U. and Turkey Residents:
You are entitled to a refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase.

Other Regions or Late Requests:
Refunds cannot be processed for requests made outside the E.U. or Turkey, or if the cancellation request is made after the 14-day period.

Subscription Cancellation:
Canceling your subscription does not guarantee a refund for any portion of the term’s fee. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of an active account’s term. However, if you downgrade your plan, any unused balance will be credited and can be applied to future purchases.

Order Process and Customer Service:
Our order process is managed by Paddle.com, which serves as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle.com is responsible for handling customer service inquiries and processing returns. You are responsible for all subscription fees, applicable taxes, and charges incurred during your monthly or annual term.
